How do you handle payments?
- Tribal Looms can only accept payments in US Dollars.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders received BEFORE 3 PM CST will be shipped the Same Business Day.
Orders placed AFTER 3 PM CST will ship the Next Available Business Day.
Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday orders will be shipped the Next Available Business Day.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you prefer.

What is your return & exchange policy?

- Damaged-Free Item(s) can be returned for a store credit or refund within 7 days of your purchase date on your receipt.
- You may exchange within 7 days of your purchase date on your receipt if your item is damage-free.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- If you need to return an item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us with your Order Number and Details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
